A proposal to tax ship emissions is in doubt after President Trump said the U.S. wouldn’t abide by any international agreement.
So an elective unnecessary tax on shipping is bad for US consumers? Where have we seen those popping up recently???
Apparently that’s bad if uniformally applied, but a two step of self infliction followed by predictable retaliation is swimmingly fine?
