Improving how truck driver registrations are vetted and collecting better crash data are among FMCSA’s FY26 priorities, according to a new detailed budget request.
FMCSA should be fully defunded and restructured to what its original conception was. Its blatent overlays of rules and regulations are not approved by congress. FMCSA doesn’t believe in congressional oversight. To much wasted money.
