Truckload spot rates have seen sharp, intermittent spikes this year, though none have lasted. These sharper swings may signal what’s coming next year.

Regarding rates from carriers, they are compensating for the uncertainty by cutting driver wages to a point that we are losing our homes and ability to care for ourselves in an economy that has raised the cost of everything. Society falsely believes that we make great amounts of money and charge more at truck stops as a “convenience fee” when the reality is that it’s just a means to take more from us than is legitimately reasoned.

When you purposely pull drivers from the system via immigration you will create a demand for trucks. Understand that will equal to higher prices for trucks. Goods prices will pay the higher price for the trucks with increase in cost
