If you go to Mexico and drive a truck as an American, with no licence or insurance or visa. Would that be illegal? Would they pumish you, or simply ask that next time you provide a document? Lastly. How does one recieve this document? Where can i, as a us citizen, find my document? Birth certificate? Is that the document?
