A US District Judge rules an FMCSA email urging compliance isn’t the kind of “order” that motor carriers can enforce in court under federal law.
This problem can be solved quickly as for TQL. carriers can simply choose to not haul for these colossal thieves and deadbeats. It is not a difficult decision and there will be no freight lost. When they stop moving freight shipper will give it to someone slightly more decent and I would argue 99% of existing brokers are more decent than TQL. My advice to carriers find someone else, demand you be given a good carrier rep and you will be a lot better off. Big hats of to Pink Cheetah for fighting hard. They should set up a go fund me for legal fees and we should all pitch in to take TQL out.
