This has been needed for freaking decades. I drove in the 90s and ran into driver’s then that literally couldn’t read English then. Most were immigrants but the worst offenders to be honest were the French ■■■■■■■■ driver’s out of Quebec. One of them literally looked at me at a grocery warehouse in the Buffalo NY area and said I only speak French. I told him take his frog speaking ■■■ across the falls then as our regulations required him to speak English.
People walking around truck stops wearing latex masks of other people claiming to be doing security for homeland or the FBI are attacking company driver’s while saying if you haul another load for that company I’ll ■■■■■ you or your taking my freight. I’m going to sue that was my load not your’s. And some drive owner operator trucks doing a hundred saying they are the FBI while slapping people
