If the FMCSA cared so much about safety they would not continue to ignore hard evidence that an individual is practicing medicine without a license and is reviewing drug screens for the department of transportation if the FMCSA cared about safety and not money they would investigate the problem when an individual gives them evidence and they continue to ignore that individual in the individual keeps reaching out they send threatening emails to throw them in jail for harassment and all I’m trying to do is get them to do their job and enforce the regulations that they set forth so if they cared so much about the safety on the road they would not allow this to continue going on. When you send them direct evidence what’s happened and they ignore it it is not about safety it’s about having more rules and regulations because they get bigger funding to fill their pockets when you call the FMCSA and the time on hold tells you it’s 1800 hours or when you file a petition with the FMCSA data q and it’s supposed to be a 45-day response and it’s at least 8 months or more something’s wrong somewhere these people don’t give a s*** about nothing but filling their pockets they could care less about the safety of the roads otherwise they would not allow zoo keepers to review drug screens and whenever this causes an accident and is found out that they have allowed this because I’ve shared my evidence with enough people that they’ll never be able to hide it at this point and it’s just a matter of time when an accident happens that the unlicensed doctor reviewed a drug screen for and you mark my words who’s all going to get sued for that I’m just going to sit back and watch I’ve tried to help them and give them the evidence and they choose to ignore it or it’s not my department mentality so they s*** in their bed they’re going to have to lay in it. It’s frankly an embarrassment to the department of transportation that this is even going on and their behavior and lack of response is completely irresponsible and I think they should have all their funding cut they’re there to collect money and nothing more they are not there for safety on the roads I can promise you that. When you have an FMCSA agent on a recording telling you that there’s nobody monitoring for fraudulent activity and that there is no supervisor or nobody to help you remove fraudulent reports from your record and there’s nobody to report to that there’s an unlicensed person practicing medicine reviewing drug screens there’s a problem somewhere and I guarantee you safety’s the last thing on these people’s mind.
