Two Mexican truck drivers filed a federal lawsuit claiming a Texas carrier misclassified their visas and denied them overtime pay.
I believe that, as long as the company is engaged in interstate transport, that as per federal statute (unless there 8s a CBA to the contrary), overtime is not legally mandated, as per the fair wages and standards act.
