Less-than-truckload carrier Saia’s first quarter was much worse than analysts feared.
With the bad Customer Service/ Quoting/ Invoicing issues they have people are walking away from them, they used to be our #1 carrier now they don’t get anything because of all the fees after the fact, they go 100% off of Shiplify, and they’re not always accurate to say the least
