Lawsuit verdict: TQL hit with $22.5M verdict in pregnancy case.

I don’t believe anything TQL says. They lie to carriers simple things like load weight, they rip carriers off every hour on the hour of detentions layovers lumpers etc. so absolutely nothing they say can be trusted. These guys are constantly sued by their employees so I am not shocked at all this little girl is no longer with us.

You missed a key point noted by other media outlets:

Walsh was finally allowed to work from home after her husband, Joel Walsh, spoke about his wife’s plight with his company’s human resources manager, who is friends with a top executive at TQL, the suit states.

That manager, who is not named in the lawsuit, notified the TQL executive about Walsh’s situation.

“Thank you,” the TQL executive said, according to the lawsuit. “You just saved us a lawsuit.”
