I believe this is the most honest article by now. But why you didn’t publish this one until all this mess and reckless and political decision went to harm so many innocent non domiciled cdls? Why are states still not issuing them like before? What kind of hateful political reasons states embraced after all signs tells an abused was made against innocent non domiciled cdls hard working people? WHO IS THE BENEFICIARY of this? Let me tell you: THE BROKERS who will see in HIGHWAY APP who is the NON DOMICILED CDL and ask the NON DOMICILED CDLS to haul the load for a CHEAPER RATE. And GUESS WHAT: They will ACCEPT IT and the SPOT MARKET will go even LOWER because: NON DOMICILED CDLS FREIGHT COMPANIES HAVE NO POWER OF NEGOTIATIONS , they are TRAUMATIZED! And the HATERS just been one more time MANIPULATED by your GOVERNMENT and big CORPORATIONS and YES: ALL OF YOU HATERS, will have a LOWER SPOT MARKET RATE! Great job for being so so so IDIOTS!
It comes down to this: The safety record analysis is moot. These drivers have a TEMPORARY WORK VISA. It is temporary. It is in no way a free ticket to stay in the United States. Especially at the detriment of American drivers and American Companies. I am sick of all the ■■■■ wagging about these poor foreign low wage earners that are taking from, not adding to this industry. This had to be done. You have no idea who is even in these trucks. It is about time is all I can say. There is no constitutional right to a cdl or a visa.

So as long as there is only 1 illegal with a CDL then that is too many. Who cares if they actually drive good, bad, ir not. They are taking money out of my pocket and yours. Right? Wrong? Good? Bad? It dont matter its just life. Think about this, 1999 I got my CDL and we didnt have this watch for ■■■■■■ slavery stuff you see everywhere. Why? We didnt have foreigners in our industry moving them from place to place. That right there is 2 real reasons to remove them from our country.
I have grown up in the industry and really do like driving around the country. Seeing sites and seeing what many call progress but it is in fact a gross overpopulating of areas.
I will tell lots have changed in the 44 years I remember. I remember a time when drivers got out of there truck, threw their soda pop cans in the trash barrels, went inside and ate a fairly descent greasy spoon meal. Talked amongst each other and made the best of the situation from being gone from home.
Now, it seems like every driver is arguably grumpy including myself. All domestic drivers hate the foreign drivers for their ill gotten ways and the fact they were just given a set of keys to a truck. Then the foreigners hate us because it’s bread into them to hate us.
The bigger issue I believe is, most of these foreign drivers were trafficked here and many are being severely underpaid to do the same job further more resulting in hatred. They are being held here against their will across the huge lakes from their families and forced to live in deplorable conditions. These folks don’t mean any harm really, but they ■■■■ sure don’t need to be here or in any sort of truck on the highways. Yesterday the were walking goats down a dusty road and today they are driving 80,000lb machines down a road at ungoverned speeds and told they have to do it.
Get them out of all the trucks and send them back..I feel bad for them but they are terrorizing the ■■■■ out of everyone out here.
