Motus and the repeat of FMCSA poor planning

The FMCSA is nothing if not predictable. Anyone try registering for the Clearinghouse the two months before launch? How about the roll out of Login.gov to access the portal? All complete dumpster fires.
Now they send out letters to 750,000 to 1 million carriers that was clearly written by a bureaucrat to confuse you then the lawyers came in and made sure they added fear to the mix.
Anyone trying accessing the portal in the past 5 days? Call in for support to sit on hold for 3 hours then get the call dropped?
I get it, this is a massive undertaking. But even my13 yo grandson could tell you if you have a site that handle 1,000 user on a busy day that the site is going to crash when 10’s of thousand of users try to access.
And who spouse owns the selfie ID site they are using? Why did they not select a system other government agencies are using that has been shown to work. Good luck getting access to Motus if you are familiar with these systems.
