WEX, a company with a significant position in the fleet payments business, is facing a proxy battle from an institutional shareholder.
Oh, great. Wex is already managing our corporate FSA (badly), and now that I’ve retired, they’re also mis-handling the Cobra transition. Of course, the vulture capitalists will dismember the company, drain it of all available cash, and leave the husk to dry in the sun. I’m torn about whether I like this.
