Texas International Enterprises filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Dec. 6, warning in court documents that no funds will remain for unsecured creditors after administrative costs.
They have 68 violations for not being able to speak english… might be a good story there hint hint
Great news. But I’ll be honest, I really thought this company was a front for laundering cartel $. Never once have I met one of their drivers that speaks any English, drives like their @ss is on fire and their heads catchin, swerving in and out of traffic through construction zones like maniancs. But Im sure this is just a financial move made to dump a sinking ship and move their $ into another co.
