A U.S. district court in Boston has rejected a Teamsters union motion to stop UPS from buying out package car drivers in an effort to reduce excess capacity.
If the union is pro-worker, and the worker wants to take the buyout, why would the union stop it??
Because the modern union isn’t pro-worker. The modern union is only pro-union. Losing 10,000 dues payers is all the union cares about.

They’re shutting down actual UPS facilities.I am still beyond belief how they’re Roadie business is allowed to exist.They repeatedly open it under things, but still the same phone number and company. The way they treat the drivers and steal their pay allow bracin and discrimination , they have an f rating with the BBB so how is this staying open
