Indiana’s new law cracking down on English proficiency for CDL issuance is now in effect.
FBI harassment agents are ■■■■■■■■ at company driver’s windshields as they drive down the road from oncoming traffic or from a owner operator truck that has no markings that passes you then speeds off down the road faster than a normal trucker. The bullets bounce off the windshield sometimes leaving a small ■■■■■. To get company driver’s to quit their job. And the FBI Robo phone calls calls every truck stop you stop at and say that trucking company is not allowed on their lot. And to sue every customer that walks in the door.
Okay. I’m not sure what the above comment pertains to… but
This is common sense legislation for the benefit of the motoring public. It is also a benefit to American drivers who were having to unfairly compete with foreign low wage earners who were illegally granted cdls through loopholes. The only thing I don’t agree with is the revocation of a DACA recipients cdl. They should be allowed to keep them if all other saftey related issues are met. Other than that I am all for these laws.
