The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has removed more than 10,000 training providers from its registry since December 2025, officials said.
If you have 10,000 unqualified training operations, at minimum you also have 10,000 ill-gotten licenses. And the way they were handing out the fraudulent licenses, that number is likely tenfold.
An easy way to reconcile this… anyone issued a licence by these CDL farms, that license is null and void. Especially if it meets certain timeframes - say, TPS or other immigration overloads.
I would tie that in with revocation of authority as well. It is all based on fraud.
A greater incentive to dive deep into this… cargo theft and insurance fraud. This country needs to stand its ground on our laws, lest we become a nation that kowtows to these bad actors. Assimilation is not optional.
I have seen so many that are NOT English speaking and can NOT read the directions.. Anybody that had anything to do with these people getting loaded should be PENALIZED!! Why is this still happening???
We need BROKERS CAP at 18% or less. Its a safety issue. If the truck doesn’t receive fair rates the truck doesn’t receive proper maintenance. Trucks do 95% of the work and 100% of the liabilities. We need protection from BROKERS. Please look into and help Us. Please and thank you.
I have questions? Is someone forcing you to accept loads from a broker? How do you know if a broker is making 1% or 50% and why should you care if the rate make sense for you? As a broker with nearly 30 years experience, I would like to formally dispute your claim of trucks having 100% of the liabilities, I have paid 100’s of damage claims from carriers who damaged freight and closed up shop, either not having enough insurance or doing something shady and insurance wouldn’t pay. I have paid thousands of carrier invoices that I was never paid on because a client declared Chapter 13, while owing freight bills. Also, trucks doing 95% of the work is overstated, I have customers that I have had for over 20 years, these relationships have to be maintained. Every order that is placed, all hours, address, phone numbers are verified. Maybe you have been working with the wrong brokers, I don’t know but you should NOT care how much you broker is making. I assure you, none of my regular haulers care how much I make, they want to haul for us because the orders have good information, the rates are right & we pay our bills. You are focusing on the wrong things. Let’s focus on all of these pirate trucks out here with paper tags, running with no insurance. This is the real problem, not brokers making 19%…
