FMCSA has finalized strict new non-domiciled CDL standards, initiating a five-year staggered phase-out for an estimated 200,000 drivers affected by the new rule.

There should be NO Non Domiciled CDL’s period. End of story. This is nothing but a misleading attempt at lowering rates. Regardless of the damage it does. The people who promote this are disingenuous at best.
