Why do we need to do and certify a Pre and Post trip inspection, but we are not allowed to do the yearly DOT inspection and sign the sticker because we are not a certified technician and do t own a certified mechanic shop. What is tge difference if we have an accident the attorney from the other part just filed a lawsuit using my 15 minutes inspection against me because is too short.
