Non Domicile CDLs must be completely revoked, citing the hundreds of thousands of unqualified false drivers from foreign countries aside from it being a gateway for those who obtain a full fledge CDL by illegal means through states who circumvent fmcsa laws. False drivers should be completely unqualified from operating class 8 tractor trailers in America no matter the status ■■■■■■■of war or otherwise.They want to operate a commercial tractor trailer combination vehicle they must earn it as real Americans earned it by meeting all the requirements, not just by handing them a CDL because of some entitled status. The trucking industry is already a Wild West free for all, it’s time to bring sanity back and return to a real American professional truck driver standard in America. Shut the NON DOMICILE LICENSES PROGRAM DOWN NOW FMCSA. Too many lives have been lost as a result of states issuing them to hundreds of thousands of unqualified foreigners.

There used to be a time when I would have been on the side of the foreigners but that time is long gone entirely due to the fact that the average Americans standard of living is declining as American politicians spend trillions of tax dollars trying to improve the rest of the world while America is on the express elevator to â– â– â– â– .
Also to all you Ukrainians here in America on visas, GO HOME we don’t want or need you. We don’t want you BECAUSE IF YOU WON’T ■■■■■FOR YOUR OWN COUNTRY, YOU WON’T ■■■■■FOR OURS.

I am already seeing an increase of safety on the highways now that the fmcsa is taking action. In my opinion, there needs to be a lot more regulations on foreign drivers and companies. I can’t tell you how many people call my company to get us to work for them and they arnt even here in the United States. Some have even offered to buy my MC to establish a company here In the US. It is my understanding that in order for a company to obtain an MC, they must have physical address here in the US. In my opinion, all foreign truck drivers and companies need to be disqualified from owning a company and driving a truck here in the United States. I know a lot of good honest truck drivers that have stopped driving over the road due to the flooding of foreign drivers here in the US. As a result of this flooding, the foreign drivers are taking loads for half the price of what it’s worth. Making it hard for the American truck drivers to stay in the business. The rates are low and the costs are high. Get them out so we can get back to work earning an honest living.

Why cant Americans who were born here get them kind of hookups. Why do all the foreigners get free s#!# while we pay up the wazoo. We literally pay for air now, yer they can drive around in a big rig without knowing how to read yet I have friends that have went to jail over broken taillight. Our country is getting worse because our government is letting all these (refugees) from countries that hate us in , and thrn giving them positions of authority and buisiness . Basically handing our country to the enemy .Its not just the trucking industry im from californias central valley and you now see farmers with turbins . Wth do they know about farming they are from the desert . Im sure the government gave them every kickbback possible

Few years back I got a job working for a Ukrainian trucking company. Here’s my take on them and this is why they don’t need to have companies.
- They will try to make you drive over your DOT clock and call you lazy if you choose not to drive.
- They don’t care about compliance because they will say it all falls on the driver of the truck, they will not take responsibility for anything.
- Your dispatcher will not be in America. Yes that person will call you from an American phone number but they are in Europe.
- You will not be compensated. Known for robbing the truckers of their money and time. They will make up things saying that you owe this or that. While they finagle you out of thousands of dollars.

This is obviously an article written from a ■■■■■■■view, because it’s all about feelings rather than wisdom and order. Liberals always focus on making decisions through feelings because they want to circumvent people’s ability to think clearly about any issue. They can get stuff accomplished if they keep people in the feeling zone and never thinking clearly.

All I see here is hate. This is country of immigrants, however everyone here acts like they lived here for millenniums. First settlers were from around the world and they killed natives. Most of truck drivers have little to none education to understand how world works and history of mankind. Only complaining all the time and pretending anyone cares of them. No one cares of you! Only thing that is important in US is money, people bend over and do anything for it. So stop complaining and get your education before it’s too late, you might still have a chance when it’s time to face a God!
