The recent DOT/FMCSA Unified Agenda sets out priorities for the agency in the coming months and year.
The fmcsa is using extreme tatics that are destroying careers. They are following dot outdated ■■■■■ analysis drug testing for ■■■■■■■■■ that is severely penalizing drivers who mat have smoked ■■■■■■■■■ last month while on vacation.
For example, i had 3 month vacation in between jobs, smoked some ■■■■■■■■■, and then stopped 6 weeks prior to a pre employment drug test. I tested positive for trace amounts of ■■■■■■■■■ and and now prohibited from driving. I cannot change this w/o an employer, yet i have no employer as it was a pre employment test. I am being treated as a criminal, as if i was driving under the influence. I have read other stories how the fmcsa is destroying careers of hard working Americans with an unreasonable, no other way policy that was not thought threw for all worker situations.
