U.S. Postal Service mail carrier shot by Amazon driver

An Amazon driver shot a U.S. Postal Service worker when they crossed paths at an apartment complex.

Police officers often lie on police reports and the news will take those lies and run with it. I’m standing with the Amazon driver. It was self-defense.

Thank you for confirming what I suspected. USPS employee attacked by mental case who will claim a fake bias caused them to have to “defend themselves.”

Thats a hood rat response smh. The Amazon driver was the agressor in this situation. The use of force necessary to stop the threat was not met in this case. Meaning using his ■■■ was improper. You continue to use that logic and you will be behind bars just like the Amazon driver will be for the next 30 years.Do better and educate yourself before giving lame opinions !

Seems the Amazon driver was packing more than parcels.

I dont doubt that police officers might fudge facts when it comes to covering their own @ss, why would they lie in this instance? Maybe they didnt get their Prime delivery on time?

One is a federal employee that had gone through a background check and employment history check & employed by the government check the other is an armed delivery guy who could have just been released on parole that anyone could work for.
The comments will have certain people back up the Amazon Driver because of his race. Become a noticer; people will always back up their own.

theyre both of the same race is why he said that.

Usually the USPS is the one going postal.

It’s USPS policy when a mail carrier has the mail boxes open that nobody is allowed near the mail boxes. All USPS mail is federal property and treated as confidential materials. It’s illegal to ■■■■■ an unarmed person. All the Amazon driver had to do is leave the package away from the open mail boxes.aybe the USPS mail carrier was rude or had an attitude but that’s not a reason to ■■■■■ him and definitely not ■■■■■ him. Learn to deescalate.
