New report credits federal regulators and states with tighter cabotage enforcement, tougher CDL oversight affecting more than 194,000 non-domiciled commercial licenses.
It will be interesting to see how cargo theft and freight fraud are impacted with the removal of so many bad actors on the driving side of the industry. One has to think a noticeable reduction is on the horizon. Kudos to this initiative.
