I am an owner operator of a hotshot business. I recently found out about DataQ. Information about how to address out-of service OOS issues should be made more available. I have 1 since 2023 during my first 6 months in business that’s still there. I just found out how to address any violations through DataQ. Big business probably have a better understanding of this process. However the systems at the FMCSA should be built with ALL sizes in mind.
