I was on a route for 40 years until they decided to do away with it and create a new route for me. Itās been over a year and there are still addresses that I have to look for . sometimes I find it and sometimes I donāt

That sounds like retaliation. If I come to Houston, Saturday, youāre not going to try and get me to carry a split, too, are you? I donāt think a beer drive will work. There will be carriers all over the country charged with DUI, and by the end of the day, there will only be a couple of cases that make it back to the stations. Then, USPS will get a reputation of only hiring drunks, and they probably donāt want anyone to know! When I was still carrying, we got Pringles samples (the little cans). a lot of carriers gained weight on that deal. Finally, I want to take some stuff home, too.
If you make it down to Houston, I will make sure you donāt have to carry any mail. You just help me with the food drive. and we can split it evenly. I wish I could have gotten some of those Pringles. You got any left? we got carriers down here who are already drunk the minute they clock in
I can see the headline now: Local Postal Worker and Annuitant Arrested For Stealing Donated Food. I hope the postal police know weāre kidding. Do those guys have a sense of humor? Those Pringles samples would be about twenty years old. Did you see that video of the carrier driving under the influence last week? She was swerving all over the place.
