Highway Secures Investment for Carrier Fraud Platform

Highway lands major investment for Carrier Identity platform to tackle fraud in the freight industry efficiently.

Hightway the only thing it does is strangle small companies. This is called modern slavery; if you are not on the Highway platform, the brokers are not going to give you loads, and if you do not attach the electronic logbook, they also will not give you loads. So practically, you, as a small company, are a sla-ve to whom they will say whether you get work or not; you beg for work. Does Highway have more authority than the FMCSA or DOT themselves?

I agree with you. Ever since the bulk of brokers switched over to this platform our lives as small, independent carriers have gotten a lot more difficult. It seems there are so many hoops to jump through, and we’ve all of the sudden been black-listed by multiple carriers without explanation. We’ve been in business for 6+ years with exceptional safety scores. We are a husband wife authority owner/back-office with one hired driver. All 3 of us are American born and raised. Why has the fraud system that’s supposed to be looking after folks like us seemingly working against us???
