A federal appeals court is holding in abeyance a lawsuit against FMCSA’s non-domiciled CDL restrictions until the agency issues a final rule.
FMSCA & the US DOT along with the Border patrol & ICE should be manning every truck weigh station, border check point along I-10 with ZERO truck bypass allowed. Include the border of cali, Oregon, and Washington state.

Between the ■■■■■■ White truckers and ■■■■■■, poorly skilled foreign drivers, they all can…as far as Im concerned. Furthermore, its not majority illegal immigrants flying through construction and school zones. Phone up to their ear or face, I see every dog gone day, all day. Sick of the right wing hypocrisy and the equally ■■■■■■ immigrant drivers.

And it wasnt minorities or immigrants setting the record for deaths by rigs.
I’ve been Trucking for 47 years no accidents no tickets ,i took pride in my ride my appearance, i wore the proper clothing ,the proper shoes, i took my shower daily, and i used the bath room to ■■■■ and ■■■■, the new foreign drivers do not respect the United States of America our laws our policies, im also an 11 year veteran, when we are in their homeland we have to respect there laws and religions they should have to do the same, you are not American you are a guest, if you dont like our laws LEAVE

Typical Blame it on the others Mentality, A guy invests from Real Estate into Refrigerated trucking makes business decisions and expects not to fail, gimme a break, A man who has never driven a truck in his life is making decisions for a fleet of drivers and expects to win and now crying horse , good Lord we have given our life to the Road we live breathe and eat drink sleep truck, companies managed by former Truck Drivers never ever fail simply because they know the realities on the field others will always want to have easy money by burning cash and expecting profit and then they fail and blame immigrants and others for their shortcomings gimme a break its a tough business and the toughest will only survive like our good ol friend JB, other just want to be spoon fed now get outa here.
You cannot compare whole numbers of American citizens vs “immigrants”. Has to be per capita & in reality, involving those illegallyherw, 1 is too many. I have never been in a deadly accident until last year when an “immigrant” ran into stopped traffic on 90 in Ohio & killed the 19 year old girl behind me. He was doing 80mph when he hit atleast 5 vehicles that were stopped about 6am. ICE collected him in Aug 24 when Biden was in office. I’ve read about countless other “immigrant” caused highway deaths driving semis. Lots cannot speak or read English. I see them on the road & truck stops. A group of “immigrants” crashed planes into buildings not long about, ■■■■■■■ nearly 4000.

This is all so stupid. In 2016 the motor carriers, the fmcsa, and the federal government were all in a tizzy so as a “short term solution” the American politicians in the fmcsa and the federal government, as well as the American business owners shart issuing non-domiciled cdls and temporary work visas like it was a race. The promised these HUMANS training, the promised a path to citizenship, the promised them housing. And what did these HUMANS BEINGS receive? 30¢ a mile, a bunk in a sleeper berth, and no training to speak of. These people were plied with false promises and an American dream for anyone but them. Now that we’re are realizing this probably wasn’t the best way to solve the driver shortage, such as could be done with better training, work conditions, and pay. There’s a reason we had a shortage after all and the higher ups decided against improving workers rights in our industry, and were all in favor of importing cheap labor from poor countries. Yet we continue to blame victims for what Americans did. These people are paying taxes in this country and working unsafe hours in inhumane conditions because they want too? Don’t ■■■■ down my back and tell me it’s raining.
They were promised training (it wasn’t provided nor safety training or elp), they were promised a living wage, (they got less than half what “American” truckers make), they were promised housing (they got a sleeper berth for accommodation), they were issued temporary visas and promised a stable income with a path to citizenship (now we call them illegal). They came here from the most squalid regions of Eastern Europe, the middle East, Asia, South America, and Asia. They paid taxes in this country got work authorization from their employer and the federal government. They tried to leave a life of squalor and ■■■■■■■ we can’t understand. And Americans officials and businessmen enabled them in the process. You’ve obviously never learned another language, culture or empathy, so go on and keep letting them sell you an us vs. them mentality so that we never address the real issues at hand. Keep blaming the victim and spreading hatred, you’re doing and great job.
In my opinion we need to be cracking down harder on the non domicile CDLs. I agree with the others one here we need ice and border patrol posted at every wheigh station and every check point along with having a hot line for other truck drivers to use to help get these people off the roads. I was an over the road hazmat truck driver for 4 years and now I haul fuel locally and I can’t tell you how many times I see foreigners driving reckless down our highways and causing massive hold ups at the fuel stations because they have zero manners and respect for anyone but them selves. And I get told from employees at the trucks stops that so many of those drivers have a wallet full of different state drivers license’s on they’re person. The more we ■■■■■ down the safer we will be.
The heck i cant. Being more of a group, isnt justification or simple answer. Tired of this nonsense excusing the death toll by one group since coming here, because of their numbers. Explain how your group is the smallest in the world and youngest. Yet, have killed the 2nd most people in your limited time on this planet? Second only to Asians. And if not for Ghengis Khan, youd have that title. Tell you what. If there are less of you on the road, there would be less deaths. Plain and simple. Miss with that per capita right wing rhetoric. Furthermore, you people are the worst, with your race ist crud. Manners? You mean like your unnecessary loid trucks. Particularly where others are quiet. Like neighborhoods and truck stops. Who needs a jake from the exit to the truck stop a block awsy? Who needs it in zones less than 45 mph. Particularly near communities. Lol. The worst there as well. Your history speaks volumes. Your people are reason government oversight became a thing. Per capita my behind. The death toll.in the 80s was horrendous. And minorities and immigrants werent even close to the biggest cause.
