The Department of Homeland Security announced a partnership with the Department of Transportation after FMCSA identified approximately 75 CDL schools suspected of fraudulent activities.
When I was younger companies got fined when they hired illegal aliens straight up. Why is this not happening? In our H1N1 program, authorities came by to check to make sure we are in compliance. If we screwed up we got hit in the pocketbook. This was just for standard drivers that were doing our mow trucks not even CDL drivers.
