New York CDL lawsuit filed as state challenges DOT in federal court over a $73M funding cut.
So it seems New York is just upset because Federal. Is always traditionally. Let them have it then suddenly it’s changed in New York. Don’t light that idea. Well two things. New York speaking English was a requirement for CDL for almost 70 80 years, but I’m one flick of a pin. It was changed. Secondly, it doesn’t matter New York changes things all the time. That was traditionally a different way. Just ■■■■ it up and follow the law Democrats.. y’all don’t like the law so you try to mucky muck the wording and change it
Democratic New York began issuing driver licenses and CDLs to illegal immigrants back when they chose to become a Sanctuary State. Some say it was for revenue. Some say it was to enable them to register and vote in State elections. Regardless they allowed undocumented people to get CDLs. That would be fine if they stayed in New York. The majority of the Country requires CDLs driving Federal highways to meet the Federal requirements. New York gambled and is now trying to play the victim.
