freight rates in America has nothing to do with these foreign drivers who make up the 5% of the trucking industry. Big mega carriers that control the freight rates who bid low on the freight stop deceiving the americans.Stop dividing the trucking industry with your racism. This will pass and the history will not be on your side.. It is mind bogling You have not said anything a one word about broker manipulation of the freight riggs.. How did j b hunt look last week?Reported unbelievable earnings, 100 of mlions of dollars in earning, how did they do that

Let’s not forget all those non-domiciled CDL holders do not just add an influx of 300,000 plus trucks. Those 300,000 plus trucks haul loads for practically sl@ve wage labor rates. Devastatingly undercutting legally operating American carriers in the market.

Easy fix …

  1. Get rid of every single foreign driver
They shouldn’t have a CDL to start with

  2. Put a 10% cap on lease purchase companies and brokers
Absolutely that will drive rates up so they can still be greedy and make money

  3. Make it a mandatory minimum of $2.15 cpm for owner operators/lease purchase operators

  4. Make it a mandatory six months for CDL school and 6 months with a trainer

  5. Close down 80% of the CDL schools
All they do is pump out steering wheel holders and flooding the industry with dangerous disrespectful drivers

We have to many mega carriers bidding to low we have to many brokers taking way too much off the top
We have way to many foreign drivers
We have way to many unskilled drivers
We have way to much technology on the trucks now

This used to be an industry of owner operators and small businesses then the greedy cockroaches came along and seen a way to make profit and destroying what was once a great profession

Funny how you blame the foreign drivers. Why dont blame TQL or Ch Robinson pure 100% American companies with American blood owners and i bed you haul for them many times even when 3 rd party brokers sell you the same load they have. Why not regulated waitjng hours and brokerage firms but always blame the small drivers that are 10% of the problem.Mr Eric did you drove for 1 year with trainer?
